תקציר

Based on the legal developments of the Israeli criminal law of the last two decades, it is high time for recodification of the particular offenses. These recodified offenses should be reshaped according to the basic insights of the general part. This article draws up the main guidelines for the expected recodification. It relates to the formal structure of the offense, to the assimilation of the general principles of criminal law within the particular offenses and to basic rules of formation. Such recodification would enable the consolidation of a coherent and modern criminal code for Israel.
