תקציר בעברית:סקירת הדין בוחנת את ההתפתחויות המשמעותיות ביותר בדיני משפחות במהלך שנת תשע"ד וראשית שנת תשע"ה. זאת, תוך סיווגן לחמש סוגיות: 'כריכה,' 'שוויון,' 'אלימות,' 'פלורליזם משפחתי וגלובליזציה,' ו'פרוצדורהמהותית'. הסקירה מלמדת, מצד אחד, על ניסיונות ספורים מצד המחוקק של האחדת ההגיון שבסיס דיני המשפחות, בעיקר, בסוגיית המאבק באלימות ובסוגיית הפרוצדורה המהותית. מצד שני, הסקירה מצביעה של על מצבו הכאוטי של תחום דיני המשפחות, הנובע מפסיביות של המחוקק לגבי סוגיות אחרות, מהתעלמות שופטים מהחוק, מפסיקות סותרות, מהעצמת מרוץ הסמכויות, ומשינויים חברתיים המאתגרים את הדין, בראשם מבני משפחה חדשים ותהליכים גלובליים. מצב זה פוגע במשפחות הנדרשות להתערבות המשפט בענייניהן, וגורם, בין היתר, להעצמת סכסוך.English Abstract:This legal review examines the most significant developments in Israeli family law during 2014. These developments are divided into five categories: Jurisdiction, Equality, Violence, Family Pluralism and Globalization, and Substantive Procedure. The review points, on the one hand, to few attempts on the part of the legislator to unify the logic of family law, particularly in relation to the fight against familial violence and the issue of substantive procedure. On the other hand, the review shows the chaotic state of families law, which stems from the passivity of the legislator on other issues, judges' disregard of the law, conflicting rulings, the intensification of the 'jurisdiction race', and social changes that challenge the law, especially new family constructs. This chaos harms the families in need of the courts, and causes, among other things, intensification of the conflict.
