The Peace Process

We invited both Israeli and Palestinian experts to contribute articles on various aspects of the agreements. Palestinian scholars whom we invited chose not to contribute articles, and only Israeli contributions were submitted. Since the Treaty of Peace between Israel and Jordan was signed only a number of days before the deadline for the submission of articles for this issue, only a few ofthe papers refer to that important treaty. It is hoped that the papers, which deal with a considerable variety of aspects of the peace process, together with the documents and the bibliography, may provide the tools needed in order to understand what has already been achieved and what has still to be done.
