Introduction - Israel Law Review

תקציר

The editors of the Israel Law Review decided to devote this double issue to discussion of two judicial opinions relating to the separation barrier being constructed by the State of Israel: the judgment of the Supreme Court of Israel in the Bel Sourik case, and the Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice on the "Legal Consequences Arising from the Construction of the Wall by Israel." The object of this Introduction is to lay out the issues raised by those opinions and discussed in the articles that appear in this issue.
