This paper will canvass the central issues touching on the right to demonstrate. The discussion will begin with an analysis of the significance of this right and the basis for its protection, and will then proceed to examine the legitimate considerations in regulating such a right. Finally, I shall undertake a critical review of the solutions the Israeli system offers to the issues involved.
